Was told letters went out to creditors but didn't send them. Can't get ahold of cus. Ser

Heard about this company on the radio, called them and they said they could help. So far they took out over $1300.00 and told us they would send out letters to the creditors but they have not. We have 5 credit cards that are waiting for their money and they are constantly calling. Customer service is a nightmare to get a hold of so I tried their email address and that was bogus, then we faxed them and haven't heard from them still. We can't afford to just give away money to this company! It could have already gone to some of the creditors. There are already blotches on our credit report that was not there till we went through this company! We do not want to file for bankrupcy!
How do we get our money back before this gets out of control?
Campos will not even contact us!
