I am constantly having to call Orchard Bank regarding charges by affiliates of theirs ie: HSBC Daily Discounts, American Leisure, EZ Saver... in spite of my insistence that I did not authorize these companies or charges, they simply say "well, you must have or they wouldn't have been authorized". Then they agree to cancel the account and before you know it I find another one on a new bill. I pay my bill in full and on time every month and find it very irritating that Orchard Bank allows this to continue to happen and then tells me it's my fault and tough luck. Very disappointing customer service! I will discontinue using that card and use one of my other master cards in its place. Poor business practice.
