Company criminally charged a credit card account without authorization for $4.95

I beleive this company somehow obtained my credit card information from Career Builder. Recently I have received an inordinate amount of spositive hits for job applications, a few reminded me of the 419 offers I constantly get from career builder.

The charge is unauthorized and it is a criminal offense to have done this and I would put the individual or company management in jail behind this i.E. Prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
