If you are in Court or going to Court, use another firm. This firm is expensive and work is of poor quality. They do not make formal requests for discovery. They do not tell clients what and when they receive documents. They make alot of errors. This firm charges for services not performed. Read the retainer carefully. Read your bills carefully. Oh, and they will not abide by the retainer agreement anyway. They charge too much per hour and more than their retainer states they can charge and they get away with it because noone does anything about it! You have no recourse, so do not use this firm! This firm gets all the business from certain courts so they think they are above the law! THEY DO NOT LOOK FOR OR AT DOCUMENTS CLIENTS SUPPLY!
AWFUL, go elsewhere, Or anyone else for help. They are there to assist you. When they act for the Court, they recognize that they are public servants. This firm thinks they are above the law.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. My experience was awful. I will write a follow up later to document specific issues and annex my retainer agreement and bills showing exactly how they overbilled me and charged me for services that were not performed. Hopefully, this site will post it.
If your husband or wife is hiding money, rest assured this firm will not find it because they will not look for it. If they see it, they will not disclose it.
DO NOT EXPECT A FAIR SHAKE FROM THIS FIRM. $ is the game, not fairness, not equity. If your spouse has alot of $, you are in trouble.
Oh, and when they take your $, they do not do what they say they will do.
Moreover, they are very slow!!!
