I have purchased the books from them in a seminar and now begging them since September that I will send the books back and please refund me the money. They were charging my credit. December I told them that I will make one more attempt to see if the books are useful and only December is a good will, they agreed, and took the money from my account and then later backed out from their committment. I purchased the books as per their gaurantee but now they are refusing to take the books since September and forcing me to monthly installments. Please help.

We are not satisfied and have no intent of pursuing book keeping career. We can prove this in a small court if required. We will submit affidavit if needed that we are not satisfied and after analyzing the material, we concluded that book keeping is not a career for us. I will return the books.

The contract you signed at the seminar stated the guarantee, which is If AFTER completing the course you feel it does not live up to your expectation, simply return the material for a 100% refund of all monies paid.
