Stole Possessions, Broke into Neighboring property, Fixed Prices and Foreclosed in Multiple Errors

Select Portfolio Servicing suggested that I leave my possessions in home during "short sale" period that SPS established and fixed price for, but foreclosed, did not notify me, prevented me from getting my possessions, threw all possessions away.

This happened months ago and still SPS has not made ammends.
Aside from operating illegally, SPS was very rude and their sub-contractors both malicious and incompetent. Contractors are, by law, responsible for actions of their sub-contractors.

This house was well maintained and fully renovated, but SPS trashed the residence, damgaged the landscape and allowed charges for services not rendered.
The house was foreclosed on and once in possession of SPS, they fixed the price well below market value to sell, damaging all parties involved and also illegal.
Throughout the process their communication by REO dept was poor at best, but more often insulting. Their agents are tired, obviously impacted by the current recession

This company, SPS, has yet to resolve any issues associated with this unfortunate situation, but should they do the right thing, I'll let you know.
A police report was made and should SPS fail to reconcile soon, the lender will find itself in court.
