I do not have an account with cross country bank and never have or never intend to. They call my house 5 to 10 times a day looking for someone else i have explained numerous times that the person they are looking for does not live with me. They called me 3 times in a row last night within a 2 hour period.
I have sent a letter to the governor of florida, and the governor of delaware. I have called the fdic and was assured my number would be removed from cross country files within 10 days i certainly hope so.
This bank need to be investigated by all law enforcement. What they are doing cannot possibly be legal.
