Vivan Moore keeps calling my number, too

My phone rings every day at least oncem sometimes twice, from this company. My problem is worse, I think. I am listed in the phone book with first name initial only (L), then last name. Vivian Moore calls my number looking for ANY L. Jones. I actually spoke to her once and asked her not to call and she agreed. Is there any legal way to stop her?
