What a great site.
I too am a numerous victim of the Premier One aka Capital First aka Advantage Capital and whatever else they are calling themselves, credit card scam. I have two words for them, liars and thieves.
I have yet to see this supposed credit card. They had one of their compaines Ephones Telcom take money out of my account and after several weeks of trying to contact them I got through and got my money back. No sooner had I done that then I recieved a packet from another one of their companies Household Protection. They were going to take $99.00 a month for this. I also got through to them and threatened lawsuit if they touched my checking account. I was told I would be cancelled and had not heard from them since.
As for Premier One I am still trying to get my money back. Thanks to all of you for the information on where to reach them. Monday morning they are going to get a call from me and I intend to contact the FBI and FTC.
As from that employee "Brenda" I did everything I was supposed to to get my refund and my attempts have been ignored. I won't stop till I get my money back from your bogus company.
By the way if any of you got a membership card with a password to get on their website, don't bother it's fake.
If anyone else has suggestions or has gotten their money back from this "rip off" company keep us posted.
