I was a Net Zero customer about 4 months ago. I cancelled my account with them. On 12/10 I recieve a notice from United Online Collections that I owed them $10.05. I was never notified by Net zero. They cannot be contacted by phone to dispute the charges. Just how to pay them. I do not owe them anything they automaticly charge my credit card for the lowsy services they provided.
