My father-in-law passed away in 1998. His sister and brother-in-law, had power of attorney over him and after his death we found out they had ripped him off.
They had stolen over 100,000, we have just settled with my husbands uncle for very little because we couldnt get the bank records from first union bank they left tenn and we tried to get the records but they don't seem to have any. All the records have conviently dissapeared.
I always thought all banks had to keep accurate records.
They had let his aunt transfer 50,000 into her own acct when he was in the hosp. We have no records of anything. This bank where ever it is needs to be closed down for good
