I have only been doing business with these people for six months and I always had a bad feeling about them but we really needed the credit card cash advance. They offered a program that offers you money based on your future credit card sales. They are very deseptive and I warn all of you it is a scam. Please read your contact before signing ALL of it including the font that you need to read with a mignify glass. The lured me into this and now I am screwed. They commit you to a five year contract and they tell you they do not base their lending based on your credit but they do. Just recently they literly and still are holding over $700 in credit card sales. I have spoken with Henry, Sam Saka, Juan Carlos and even the supervisor Sperling Lyons no of them have give me a staight answer. I don't think I will ever see my money again and I am in the process of retaining an attorney to help recover my money. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM they will keep your money.
A very bad company to do business with. They are here to take your money not to lend. I am not mad may the lord forgive them of their sins. Please protect yourself. We worked hard for that money we are small business and depend on every penny earned.
