Ordered to pay new mexico residents the sum of $93,000. Oo for new mexico residents and abusing them by:
a) calling mother of alleged debtor to say she was going to jail.
B) calling derogatory names, using profanity and intimidation.
C) threatening resident with arrest.
D) threatening to have lien placed on home.
E) threatening that a lawsuit was imminent.
F) attempting to extort monies.
Marshall and ziolkowski are in default, plaintiffs are entitled to a default judgment.
Marshall and ziolkowski, their employees, agents, attorneys, successors, corporations and any person who collects under the name of "marshall and ziolkowski" are permanently enjoined from engaging in any abusive debt collections in the state of new mexico.
