I started a job 3 weeks ago and the day after thanksgiving i unexpectedly got custody of my 2 yr old nephew from social services. I had to take off that following Monday to meet with the social worker and get him registered into daycare. I called and let them know what happened and that i would bring in paperwork in regards to what was going on and why i had to take off that day well they told me don't worry about it then i get my paycheck on the Tuesday and it was over 120 dollars short i asked what happened they told me because i took off the Monday to get my nephew in daycare i wasnt getting paid my commission that was owed to me now i have a full weeks paycheck coming next Tuesday and its supposed to be over 500 at least and that will probably be short as well. I just want the money that is owed to me and that i worked so hard for i deserve it i didn't have a choice on whether i could go to work or not.
