I received a check for $2980.60 to help towards administrative fees and applicable taxes to claim my prize of $92,000.00

I received a check, mailed from Canada, in the amount of $2980.60 to help pay the expenses of claiming my prize. The check was drawn on US Bank, against the account of Northwestern, Inc., 31919 1st Ave., Suite 06, Federal Way, Washington, 98003. The banks aba number was correct. The check was accompanied by a letter of explaination from a company in California, Northwestern Valley Financial, 12671 High Bluff (do you think that word was purposefully used?) Drive, San Diego, CA. The check is not real, so don't cash it.
