I am a frequent customer and so far since it opened in mission i love going there but lately it seems it has been changing for the worse first the people who that i know by name are rarely there. Now there are these people that are real rude and some of the managers are sooo rude. One of them alex that is her name was so busy going to lunch with another co-worker that i asked her for help and she just ignored me. I thought that was real rude.
It seems that there are all related in that store. It figures. My suggestion is stop hiring family members and get people who care about your customers. If not you will be losing my business very soon.
