Cash Call, firstly did not provide a Truth in Lending document. Their harassment is clearly illegal. I have asked them on numerous occasions for the balance of the loan so that I can pay the balance in full. I have left voicemail messages and sent emails. There has been zero response to my request. While awaiting balance due confirmation from Cash Call my colleagues and employer have received calls advising that I owe them money, that I will be arrested and that if they did not contact me to urge me to call them immediately, they too, will receive consequences (hello - is that a threat).
One of the colleagues called my Mr. Vincent Paine (a representative from Cash Call's "legal department") verbally threatened one of my colleagues who advised that she was in mourning and to please cease and desist calling her. His comment to my colleague is not printable!
I have contacted an attorney, the Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau and Consumer Rights Advocates.
