Onyx Platinum Visa
They promised a Visa card. No card, no purchases, but they have taken $200.00 from my account

I answered an inquiry for a Platinum Visa. It sounded reasonable, and the expectation is they would send the card. I have never recieved it, and this month they have taken over $200.00 from my account.
