I am a manager of a Mortgage Company. Back in July of I ordered 2 appraisals from Mike Tillmon. I had arranged to have both owners of the properties that he was to appraise pay him in advance by check. Mike Tillmon called both of my clients and demanded that they pay him in cash. He took the money and never delivered any appraisal. This was July. It is now November. Mike Tillmon has never given a refund or the reports.
