Credit Line Gold Card
Lied about not taking money from my bank acct, have a recorded conversation

I was approved for a gold card without knowldge of $200 deposit. I cancelled the card within 15minutes. Was told no fee would be taken from bank acct. About a week later they took $200 dollars out of my acct. Fraud. I recorded the phone conversation onmy cell when they said no fee would be taken out. I want to sue. I have hard evidence!
