#1. Etrade has sold me trades that were not ordered, orders that were losing money. This occurred on a time delayed basis and the transaction was invisible to me when it occurred.
#2. Etrade failed to place my trades that were ordered, orders that were making money, the claim was that I had insufficient funds when in fact the funds were sufficient. The Platinum broker who reviewed the accounting error and trading failure corrected the record with the promise to cure my losses then reversed his promise on a later phone call.
#3. Etrade has taken orders that consisted of x numbers of call's that I owned and then when I placed a sell order claimed that I had only half the orders I had bought.
#4. Typically Etrade Platinum brokers promised to reverse out faulty trades then shuffled my case through other brokers and managers and then back peddle those promises. To add insult to injury their managers have tried to contort the issue and blame me for trying to get out of bad trades.
#5. Not the case, when I presented them with e-mailed incontrovertible evidence of the failed and faulty trades they then accused me of building a law suite against them and further advised me not to waste my time documenting trades.
#6. Their fall back position after reviewing the evidence was that had I called them sooner instead of documenting the trade losses they then could have cured the damage to my account.
#7.in other instances where I both called Etrade in real time as the trades were failing while I was also documenting data, Etrade Platinum brokers noted the errors on my system then placed the trade on my behalf in their system.
There trades failed to execute.
This duplicated result established that the problem went deeper then my trading platform software and that the failure to sell a position was inherent in their home offices. Realizing this my Platinum broker made promises that were then broken regardless of the timeliness of my call the evidence or the fact that this was not a fault of the software for which they have a disclaimer.
#8. Etrade is feeding trade data to one of my accounts that does not match the same position on another account. My recorded observation of these data delays far exceed any delay that could be caused by different graphics card's, I'm talking minutes not seconds of delay before the two data feeds catch up with each other and the positions match. Therefore on one account I'm trading with time lagged data.
#9. I have documented many of these trade failures which when they fail always produce negative result in my account.in other words never has a trade been entered or failed to enter in my favor.
Remember the movie The Sting with Paul Newman? They used time-delayed
racetrack results for their con, here's its delayed trade activity
that's always not in your favor... What are the odds of that?
#10. Etrade has an order status tracking window that shows orders and each stage of those orders from the beginning to the end of the day. Systematically without fail all of the questionable failed and miss reported trades data record is removed and edited out by Etrade as if the order never occurred.in other words its history is removed. However I've learned to keep records of this disappearing act in real time.
#11. It appears that Etrade has a system of errors they're profiting from. Something like scanner errors at retail chain stores when improper bar code prices overcharged customers at the checkout counter resulting in 100% net profit growth. Perhaps they find that clients who loose money trade more often racking of trading fees in an effort to recover their losses.in other words Etrade faulty incompetent trading service results in the churning of trades generating profits for Etrade.
#12. When I started presenting Etrade with documented evidence of this by saving screen shots tracking the trade failures my Etrade account began to crash more often resulting in preventing me from trading altogether. The flaws which I've sighted above are not due to software issues on my 2 computer systems. The errors are generated at Etrade offices.
#13. Etrade wants me to go away, they are aware of the fact that I've recorded this data effectively. To encourage my exit they have further downgraded my service quality consumed my trading days with useless tech support intrusions, lies and accusations.
I would like to contact other persons and law firms who are aware of these problems with Etrade.
