I paid by credit card 1,500.00 for pre screened leads and have not received leads or any contact Louisville Kentucky

I paid Tina an employee of steve brisco 1,500.00 for pre screened leads. I only received 7 leads and none were good. I have e mailed them 2 times to not get any response.
