Extremely rude and blatantly insulted me

I have been a customer with centrix for 2 years. Honestly i do miss my due date every month, but it never goes 30 dys late and i always pay with a cbp. On this occasion the collection rep wanted me to do one the same day but i told him i did not have my information with me. He persisted a western union which i declined. He then told me to grow up, that i was not responsible, that he was going to say that i was refusing to pay. He also said i had a comprehension problem when i asked to speak with a manager. After me having to call back only to get the same person again he finally let me speak to the manager who basically just said im sorry to hear that but had the same attitude. He told me that my payment history was horrible and if i wanted customer service then i need to stop being late. I personally work in collections and we would never be allowed to treat customers that way even when they are over 100 days late. I am appalled and disgusted at the way they treat their customers!!!
