Wrongful billing & poor customer service

I've had a Cricket mobile phone for 4 weeks. Your day I bought the phone I had been said to be provided my first month of support free of charge using the price of the telephone. That evening, I settled Cricket $229.00, then your billed me AGAIN without my agreement. After I named to protest, they stated they'd "acknowledged" it back again to my banking account. I observed and waited. It's been a few months since my criticism Also It NEVERTHELESS hasn't been acknowledged to my consideration and so they overbilled me AGAIN! I've settled Cricket $577.00 previously a few months WITHOUT agreement. I eventually needed to alter my bank card amount to prevent their overbilling my consideration, so that they reduce my support down. I've visited 2 the their "full-service" shops WITH my bank claims and expenses at hand and also have CONFIRMED that they're incorrect, but their employees appear not capable of really considering for themselves. Since their screen displays breaks to my banking account, they CAn't begin to see the proven fact that the breaks never happened. Calling the 800-number is just a laugh. Atleast the folks within the shop imagine to become good whilst not helping however the people on the 800-number are flat-out rude whilst not supporting. I posted all my files to Cricketis Corporate office with SIMPLY NO reaction. Cricket may be the very worst organization I've handled in a significant while. I'd be ashamed to work with this type of useless procedure.
