Then they { GE Financial Assurance stop making payments to National City Bank in Cleveland, OH} The people at National City bank continue to harrass and coerce me into making payments when indeed it is the responsibility of GE!
Notice above statement: " as provided in contract." Now they say, it is not our policy! What is the significance of contract and the word: 'Policy'?
Nevertheless, in the insurance company not to pay and National City Bank of Cleveland, Oh, wanting the payments, this whole mess is causing the repossession of my only means of transportation to and from the doctor!
