Being a former employee I have never worked for loan, or banking instute worst that Downey!!! I'm embarassed to say I worked for them!!!
You do not want to work, or do your home refinance with them. These clown don't care about there employees or their customers!!!
The upper Mangement is joke!!! These F*@%* morons don't have a clue what's going on!!! All I did was fill out micro managing report all week.

I was horrified on how they let corp employees treat loan officers. Rude, arrogate, and non helpfull. Nobody wants to work! All I ever heard is that not my job, you want me to what! What ever happen to just going work, and doing your job. These babies need to fired!!! Mangers don't back up their employees. They are so afraid of upper management they piss in there pant at sight of them! This company is the worst to work for if your in the loan industy!!! They need fire all upper management now! And start over. These idiots don't have a clue!
The appraisal dept, underwriting, processing are worst in loan industry! Period! This companies rates are joke! How would you like to work for a bank that's going to under value your borrowers property on your loans you submit! And they do it on blaintly. So how are going to make any money? YOU CAN'T!!! They think loan officers are stupid, and do not know how to read appraisals.!! SORRY NOT THIS LOAN OFFICER!
