According to Sue Montgomery who is the acting Attorney for the FTC as the Receivership, she needs all of our help:

Here is how you all can help... Do any of you have documentation with (Attorney McNeel's) of Malcolm and McNeel (Jubilee's Attorneys) his or their name on it. If so please email me through the consumer complaints and I will forward to Susan.

Or if Sue wants to leave her email address on one of these Rip-Off-Reports than you can leave it with her. She says that she does not want to leave her email address on the report just yet.

But I do have ways of contacting her... So if you have any documentation let me know and I will forward it to her.

The Class Action Lawsuit is still on hold but will let you know if there are any changes... The Attorney that I spoke with will be contacting me.
