He said he could get me a 2000 loan and now he said i need to send $400 more to transfer the loan... I am a single mother and his put me in a financial bind

I was told i could get a $2000 loan and all i would need to pay was the transfer fee of $375 which i submitted thru western union... Now he is requesting more... I want to report him and have him send my money back to me asap.
