First National Card Took money from bank account issue

First NATIONAL card is the fraud. I told the representative i dont want the card after i understood their terms but they went on line took about 200 dollars from bank account. Tried calling them to no avail. I used a computer like device to talk they said they cant understand me but the understood how to take my money. They causing too much stress i dont want to get another stroke
