I am a Financial advisor that works with people on a daily basis. It is quite difficult to gain business as there is an enormous amount of competition. Along comes Cold Solutions to solve the problem of finding clients. When you deal with these people they make it sound as if they have the corner on the market. "we will give you 40 appointments with people that have verified assets." For a price. Approcximately $100 per appointment.
Why not! I gave them a try and purchased 30 appointments with the assurance that they would do the mailings and book appointments for me until I get the 30 appointments that I paid for. It is now August 30th and to this date I have only received 16 appointments.
When I called the Cold Solutions Customer Service department to try and hurry things along a little all I could get was a voice mail. I left numerous messages that went unanswered until i finally called their sales department and they put me through. I was informed that they were having a problem with a printer and that the problem was resolved and that they would get me my appointments.
I received a few and then nothing. About the beginning of August I go through the same drill of calling and leaving messages. This time a was connected to a Vice President by the name of Ms. Gail Cleary (not sure on spelling of last name) who told me that she would solve the problem. Not so. I'm still waiting for the appointments.
I spoke with Ms Ashley Simpson in the customer service department on Thursday August 23 and she informed me that they were no longer handling my account that it was in the hands of Accounts Reconcilable. I asked her what that means and she said they will reconcile my account. When I asked to be connected to them she said they don't have a phone and that's all she can tell me. She then terminated the call.
To this date, after numerous call to Miss Gail Cleary i have not received a call or have I received a call from the Accounts Reconcilable department.
I would definitely caution any person thinking about working with this company. On scale of 1-10 they are a -100.
