Captial First Benefits has taken money out of my account. First they took $29.95 for shipping and handling of some package they mailed out. This amount is all I knew about. A week later they took out 59.95 and 99.95 for their own purposes because I don't even know what it was for.
Now, I'm getting the run around trying to get my money back. I'm in college. Because of them, my bank account has gone negative. I've had 4 NSF fees charged because of them taking out my money.
All I want is my money back. Someone keeps giving me different fax numbers, and they said that their home office didn't have a phone number. I just want my money back because I didn't authorize it. I don't even know what Capital First is all about.
