Credit Solutions Of America did have a commitment to Customer Satisfaction thru consumer complaints Corporate Advocacy Program // As far as we know they are out of business because of new regulations in the industry, regulations that were long overdue

Credit Solutions Of America representative contacted complaint in late 2011 to let us know they needed to close down their business because of new regulations in the industry. It is consumer complaints opinion, these restrictions are not strong enough and are long overdue. Credit Solutions of America did stay open for many months, not taking in new business, only taking care of existing accounts the best they could. It should be known, that before Credit Solutions went out of business and for the years they were on consumer complaints Corporate Advocacy, Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program. They did make things right with customers that came to complaint. We do understand they did have issues with customers. If the Corporate Advocacy Program did not exist. Thousands of consumers would have never received a refund. All companies get complaints, but how the company handles those complaints, separates good businesses from bad businesses... Remember, just because a company or individual is reported on consumer complaints does not mean you should not do business with them. Use consumer complaints information as a tool to your advantage. Be knowledgeable about any company or person you hire. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions and get additional information until you feel comfortable in allowing them to work for you. Be sure to contact us with your questions and comments about any business that is part of the Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program. Your questions, comments and suggestions are always welcome and will be considered even if we don't agree with them. Please realize complaint is chartering in new territory, working to make a change for both consumers and businesses alike.
