Everything that happened to the previous victim happened to me. I find it interesting that I have been promised a refund, but "Kurtis Turner" won't leave any contact information to get my money back. Not only that but, his emails as well as "precellence" is blocked from getting any emails. I've got the Columbus police on him, and they're working on catching this guy.
