Preferred Tax Relief - James Flynn
Drafted funds from my account without permission and before any paperwork had been signed or returned to them ripoff

I consulted Preferred Tax Relief to help with some back taxes. I had heard their ad on XM-Radio. Mr. Flynn seemed very eager to help me and was able to help me for $6500.00. Up front. I was told that the fact that they were on XM-Radio gave them the advanatge of all the rest because only the most reputable companies were allowed on there. Not true. Nationwide Tax Relief advertises on channell 122. They are on usacomplaints.com with complaints.

Mr. Flynn sent me 11 pages worth of documents to sign, one of which was an authorizing to draft funds from a bank account. I gave them to me atty. And CPA and before I could get their opinion on the fax Preferred Tax Relief attempted to draft my account for $3250.00.

Mr. Flynn bad mouthed all the other companies as rip offs and even referred me to this site. He and his company are no better than all the rest. My advise is to be carefull and instead of using these rip off artists call an attorney that specializes in taxes. It is far more less expensive and they are more responsive than the internet companies.

I have learned my lesson and will nebver trust another internet or radio ad again.
