Collection for account that I never had. Phone bill for Alltel that I never had and that was for an address that I never lived in. Bloomington

This company said that they have proof from Alltel that I owe over 500.00. I have never had Alltel and this debt is almost 10 years old. Said they do not have any paperwork. Big ripoff.
