The oral agreement that WESTSTAR FINANCIAL (WSF) and Scott Cooper made with us has not been honored. We were made an agreement and when asked to clarify the linguo in the loan documents that we did not understand we trusted WSF layman terms, but it has come to our attention that WSF gave us false information, to lure us to sign the documents and trust them.
WSF intentionally deceived us in order to make a profit and we were not treated ethically or professionally and the company took advantage of us by raping us financially. They said they would always be available to answer our questions, but when it came to our interest rate, prepayment penalty and closing costs we were flat out lied too.
We told them we didn't understand the loan documents and we needed them to clarify the language so that we knew what we would be signing an agreement for. They lied to us inorder for us to sign the documents. I have called several times looking for answers to which no one returns my calls. The oral agreement made did not translate through the loan documents and as a result we are demanding compensation.
WSF took part in a fraudlent transaction with us hoping no one would find out. We were completely deceived, mislead and their service is unsatisfactory. WSF transaction with us was so deceptive that we are contacting the state attorney generals office regarding this transaction.
