I have been trying for almost 2 hours to reach these people to no avail. All the numbers are automated. Even their Fraud line is not being answered.
They have charged my card for things that occurred overseas and I don't even have a passport. They are not attending to the Fraud issues in an appropriate manner.
The statement says you have to write them to dispute charges. I don't consider this customer service whatsoever. I will never do business with them again. Now I will have to go to the post office and sent them certified mail at my cost to clear up a problem some thief created. It's ridiculous that they don't answer phones!!!
