This firm is fake, and illegal. They are out there acting like real lawyers and collecting money not owed by consumer.in my case, I do not owe what they say. They went and got a hold of a charge - off account in my credit file. They have summonned me to court, using the Gwinnett county police. They have called numerous times and sent numerous threatenning letters. They now are saying that they are going to Garnish my wages... How can this be done??? I do not owe this company money.
