This company purchased my fraudulant loan from ocwen, (you will see pages of lawsuits against ocwen as well) i did business with first nlc mortgage company, (another favorite on this webpage) and the loan was complete fraud not even valid, they ruined our lives and when ocwen got proof of fraud an realized we wouldnt be able to pay our payments they sold us to saxon.
We have been dealing with carolyn werner over at the legal dept. Of saxon, we showed her plenty of proof of fraud and they chose to do nothing, then when we couldnt make payments anymore we asked for a loan modification, we were told by carolyn we would have an answer in 48 hours. Well 3 weeks went by.
When we finally got an answer she had said your loan is no longer serviced by our company we sold it to emc mort. Well that was as of may 31. We still have not recieved any paperwork and saxon continues to call and harass for payment. They say they arent our loan company when it comes to coming to an agreement with payments but they sure call everyday asking for payment.
Technically we are only 2 weeks behind and they already sent out a letter saying by next month we will be in preforeclosure. Well luckily we found an attorney to take our case and we are suing them along with first nlc. All the companies mentioned here are bad companies, do not do business with them you will lose your home.
Now last night i recieved a phone call from a gentleman in saxon saying he has no idea what was going on our loan was never sold. So just run if u see these names..
