I tried several times to contact this website through emails they provided to disenroll. To find out weeks later the email failed to send and was returned to me, after each time I wrote it said your request has been sucessfully submitted so I thought my disenrollment was approved. Then I was takened for another 29.95 (privacy matters) n 1.00 (savingsmart.com)
I tried calling the people by phone and got an automatic answerin service which said I was not calling during business hours. I called again earlier thinking I was going to be able to talk to a person but got another automatic answering service.
To disenroll I had have my membership ID # which they didn't provide me with. They said my email did not match their records which was total lie because I only use one email address. They took me for about 60. Something dollars so far messing up my fianances. I'm am still watchin my account but so far they reimburst me a $1.00.
