Ripoff dishonest fraudulent business ripoff

I was contacted by capital first and was offered a $2500. Mastercard. I asked him if it was a secure or unsecured card. When he told me it was an unsecured mastercard, I regretfully gave out my information. 3 weeks later I get a package in the mail,

Enclosed is an application for a pay as you go card (that sound pretty secure to me) They already took out $30 from my account now thier gonna try taking another $160 out because I pre-authorized them to do so, which I did not... Capital First is a big rip-off scheme... PLEASE BEWARE
