I am a former employee for DMS, evergreen capital partners and I am writing to give the correct information that will allow people to contact the right people and get their money back.
This company encourages their employees to just drop money into people's account whether they want it or not and then they go back and pull the payday loan amount out of their accounts plus 200% interest. Once I figured what was really going on there I got out of there as quick as possible. They will also pulll as much cash as possible even after you tell them to stop. When they finally do stop pulling cash out of your account they are very slow to pay you back the amount owed to you because they are busy collecting interest.
If you want to talk to the right people to get things straightened out ask to speak to Vedia Johnson. She is the lending supervisor and her supervisor is Rachael. There is Dale... He is the owner of this financial beast and he is the main one that encourages his employees to rip off innocent people. His nephew is John (he is a big, over grown, spoiled, cry baby). John is married to Rachael. Surprise folks... This is true it is all in the family. You can also speak to John. He may whine a little, but he will get things done for you to prevent you from taking this case to the media.
If one of there collectors contacts you and tries to get tough with you always keep in mind that they never take any real legal action cause Dale is scared to death of media attention and He does not want anyone to know where the company is located. Ignore the collectors and always keep in mind that Dale is full of it! This company purposely seeks out the poor and innocent and slams them as quickly as possible and then raids what little money they have in their bank accounts.

If you got slammed by this company call 1-800-757-0122. Call very early in the morning (7:30am cst) before Julie the secretary gets there... She will not allow the call to go through. It is her job to block the calls of any complaining customers and use the list of names to leave a message for Vedia Johnson, Dale, John, Mike Hess. Those are the main ones and then leave as many messages as possible with as many different people as possible and I can almost guarantee that your situation will be worked out. They don't want you to go to the media
