I just wanted to say thanks to all of you here I just canceled my card.
Starting from the beginning, I just had ordered this card and had not even got it yet when I read all the stuff on this site. They already charged $200.00 for my deposit but I told them in a stern tone that I read about there company on usacomplaints.com and want no part of there terrible business practices. I want a full refund and card canceled!!! Well, I tried that customer service line. That is a joke!
So what I did was CALLED THE LOST OR STOLEN phone number. Man, they answered in seconds! Hahahaha. Anyway, I immediately stated I read rip off reports info on there company and i want card cancelled and full refund in my serious tone (of course). They tried to talk to me about it but I just kept repeating I want it cancelled now with full 200.00 refunded. She sent me to ACCOUNT MGR.
He did it right away after me explain once more. Then said within 30 days I'll have refund of my $200.00. We will see about that! But my card is canceled and I thank all of you here for saving me years of grief with this company. This site saved my a*!:) Rock on! Score one for the consumer!
