National Credit Shopper withdrew $200 from my checking account on the premise that I would receive a VISA or MASTERCARD with a $4,000 credit limit. They then sent me a retail cataloge and asked me to spend a minimum amount to recieve my credit card. When I called to get a refund they had only an answering message.
After much perserverance, I got a hold of an actual person who refused to give me a refund on the grounds that the National Credit Shopper plan had been thouroughly explained to me before I authorized the debit of my account.
That was completley false and I am out $200. Now, there is no answer at the number listed for NCS and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone who could authorize a refund.
