Rip off, took $299 for a $5000 credit card never heard from them again, there phone # was disconnected

They took $299 from my bank account and I never Heard from them again. When I called them they said it was coming. [my credit card]. Then one week later I called again and the phone number was disconnected. I reported them to the BBB and they wrote back saying they couldn't get in touch with them.
