I sent MGR monies in november, 5 months later they said I was aproved for grant, now nothing

I found this company on line and contacted them in Nov. Sent $450.00 in cashers check and waited 6 months with no responce.in May I contacted MGR and they said some one would be contacting me (steve bryiant), MGR also said I was approved for a$60.000.00 grant. After numerous phone calles to them and many excusses for them (server was down or under new manegment) I never got a phone call back. I still call numerous times A day with no awnser or reply.
