Okay, I should have read both the consumer complaints along with the Better Business Bureau report BEFORE checking ANY boxes for payday loans or anything else! My bank account is in the negative and it's because of USA Credit! They are deceptive in their practices, and elusive in their explanations. I read what an "ex-employee" had the audacity to say. USA Credit is legal?! What kinda crack are you smokin? You have to be under the influence or incredibly STUPID AND DUMB to believe that USA credit is NOT using deceptive practices with how they obtain money.
COME ON! Well, for starters, I am getting a refund back. What they will tell you is that there is a $35 processing fee minus the $149.95, which will give you a total of $114.95. Never mind the fact that the charge has already cleared your bank, 'it still hasn't shown up as processed in their system." Bull$#t! With a CAPITAL B! How is it that it will take at least 3 to 5 business days to process the money that has already been debited from your account, but it would only take a maximum of 7 days (weekends included, folks), to refund you your money. Once again, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
I say, thanks, complaint, for showing me the LIGHT! I believe, I believe that USA is fraudulent, and I firmly believe that they are well on their way to courts. So, for all of you who have been 'shanked' by USA Credit, check your mailboxes. Can anyone say. "Class Action Lawsuit?" That certainly has a good ring to it. Let's get one started! Who's with me?! Sue, sue, sue! If for nothing else, let's put USA Credit out of business. Remember, the only way that these charlatans can keep making money, is if we, the consumers, allow them to stay in business. Operation: "Shut 'Em DOWN!"
First, we all must start with sending certified letters to the PA address and then, go from there.
And please, for all you geniuses at USA Credit who will, I'm sure, make a futile attempt at defending this poor excuse for a business, don't. For the one flimsy whimp, who, might I add, no longer works for the company, you received a lot of raises on the backs of the poor who are still paying overdraft fees and the $149.95.in other words USA credit simpleton, you clearly are LEARNING DISABLED to believe that USA Credit hasn't done anything against the law in reference to deceptive trade and practices.
Furthermore Mr./Ms. Simpleton, why are you an ex-employee? That sounds strange either, you liked working at USA credit (making other people's financial lives miserable), or you still work there, trying to fight for honor for usa credit, yeah right.
There is a special place in hell for usa credit, and I wanna be there when these sob's get what's coming to them! Revenge is BEST SERVED ICE COLD!
