I saw online a "healthplan" that gave you 60% off dental and all these "benifits". I INQUIRED about it and was sent a CARD in the mail-when we called to ask if it was debit or credit or what the deal was on the card they said it was a prepaid debit and it could not be activated (which wewere only INQUIRING about it anyways) and hung up.
My checking account has been thrown off and after a few months-the day after we made the callI get a insuffieciant funds return notification in the mail from my bank for 189.00. I looked in the terms and conditions and it stated that 189.00 would be taken from your account-I had been wondering how they got my account number in the first place. I thought it was over and that meant that my "membership" would be cancelled and tore up the card in the shredder.
Every month they billed my account 12.95 and 9.95-for hat I have NO idea but filed disputes on all of them and put a block on my acountl;. I dug around in my records from the bank and found that they took 139.00 out as well as trying to take 189.00 out and see all these scam reports for the compnay. I think it is for a voicemail but i do not even talk on the phone my husband called to inquire about what the card was about-not meven ME the "cardholder" because i am DEAF. Needless to say i do not need a teleophone much less voicemail I have not talked on the phone in ten years.
You can not understand these people from what i uinderstan on the telephone they talk fast hang up on you they call our house and just hang up on my children and husband non stop we stopped answering the phone. STAY AWAY from this compnay they will break yo and provide NO service I am currnetly in the process of reporting them to the poilice stationa nd the attorny Gneral I am on disabilty and they caused so many overdrafts and took GOVERMENT ISSUED money that i dare them to respond to this report claiming they are legitimate they are NOT - I can not beleive Mastercard would have a company like this if it is even in fact based form the true mastercard and not some imposter;.
