Came to me with a investment opputunity to buy and fix up and flip homes in Baltimore MD. I was pre-approved for financing by the rehab lender she provided. I was to put 5000.00 down plus 350.00 appraisel per property. Total of ten properties $53,350.00 I trusted her and her mom Salli Cruz. I did not know till later she would buy the properties in my name with her company from Rockyford llc. (she owns Rockyford) She told me ECP development would get paid a consultant fee to oversee the projectof 10,000. (she owns ECP) the after completion sell them for 250,000. She would make 45% and I would make 55% in four months time. Its been over four months she could not come through on financing and has since the not returned my calls and sent email I dont have to give your money back read contract.
I trusted these people they are smooth and seemto be very nice. They have several Companies in three States and now have sufaced as Socialconnectionservices.com My contract stated they had to perform by March 16 they did not I sent them written requests to withdraw and refund money! I have been victimized by these people
