And Gary Moragn took me for $2500.00 promised me a refund on May 18, phone disconnected, I now know they are frauds

I think we are all here for the same reason-getting ripped off. Same story as yours. Approved for $7000.00, gave collateral of $1200.00. Then Gary Morgan wanted another $1200.00. I thought it was a fraud and told him so the first time. Told him I was going to call police and he said please do. Was really rude. I called Rochester police after the second $1200.00 and they said they have had complaints but customers have received their money back. That was a lie. Phone is now disconnected and we are all screwed. Filed police reports and contacted FBI.
